Members of the public and press are welcome and encouraged to attend.
There is a time set aside for Public participation and for contributions from District and County Councillors. Planning applications to be considered at the meeting are available from 7:15pm to 7:30pm for viewing (or by prior arrangement with the Clerk).
If you would like a particular subject to be considered for the agenda, please contact the Clerk at least one week prior to the meeting.
