The village Hall is situated on Parish Road leading to Buxton, only a few minutes from the main Norwich to Cromer Road (A140).
It is a middle sized Hall recently decorate hall, with a wooden floor, good insulation and efficient heating. The well equipped kitchen has recently been refurbished. There is a hearing loop fitted, a toilet for disabled users and access for wheel chairs. There is a moderate sized car park and a small enclosed outside area with some play equipment for children under 9 years.
The Hall is maintained and run by a committee of voluntary trustees and is registered with the Charity Commission (no 304080).
The trustees also maintain and hire out 1 community marquee.
Tables, chairs and kitchen equipment can also be hired.
Hourly hire rate £10.

We are very excited at Stratton Strawless, Burroughes Hall to let you know of the proposed toilet refurbishment and you can get involved !! In fact we very much hope you will by clicking on the link to the crowd funding page below and making a donation to help the project along.
We have the support of BDC to the tune of £2,000 but we need to raise the remainder ourselves.
